Talent Acquisition Specialist

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Mission

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring, partner with leadership, and build strong talent pipelines in a fast-scaling environment.

This is what you will be contributing to:

- Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations roles

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process

- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and improve time-to-hire

- Drive sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes

- Contribute to Talent Acquisition strategy and strengthen the employer brand

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition across tech and non-tech roles

- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to source and close high-quality candidates for diverse roles

- Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting platforms
